UNDERTALE - Chara Battle Concept

To those of you who watch me on any of my other social media pages, you maaaaay have noticed that I've turned into a bit of an Undertale Fanatic within the recent months....

...It is so good.

But the way the True Pacifist Route ended left me feeling both rewarded in many ways, and bittersweet. Mostly because of the fact that no matter which way you look at it, you utterly CANNOT save Asriel (aka the one that probably needs the most saving out of the whole game) from Chara's prior actions that ultimately killed them both.

I wanted to see what I could think of in terms of a potential boss battle sequence on the game's currently unfinished "Hard Mode" where Asriel is savable in the end, Chara is depicted as the True final boss (shortly after the events of the TPR), and to finish this route, Frisk and Asriel have to basically "purify" Chara, but ultimately defend themselves as much as possible from the relentless onslaught.

So after tinkering with what little photoshop I know one late night, I made this little fake screencap on GIMP.
